اصدرت قيادة حركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي قرارا قياديا يحمل رقم (2) لسنة 2026 صدر في 31-1-2026 يقضي بإعادة اعتماد التسمية الإنجليزية التاريخية للحركة باعتبارها التسمية التي رافقت نضال الحركة الوطني والسياسي منذ تأسيسها عام 1982 ، وهي : National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA) ، وبذلك تعود حركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي الى تسميتها الانجليزية التي كانت تعتمدها منذ انطلاقتها عام 1982 كما هي موضحة في الاعلى ، واعتبرت القيادة القرار السابق رقم (1) لسنة 2026 لاغيا ولا يعمل به بموجب القرار الجديد رقم (2) لسنة 2026 الصادر في 31-1-2026 ؛ اليكم نص بيان القيادة حول ما جاء بهذا القرار المشار اليه آنفا :

بيان إعادة اعتماد التسمية الإنجليزية التاريخية
لحركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي
تعلن قيادة حركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي صدور القرار القيادي رقم (2) لسنة 2026 بتاريخ 31/01/2026 ، الذي يقضي بإعادة اعتماد التسمية الإنجليزية التاريخية للحركة باعتبارها التسمية التي رافقت نضال الحركة الوطني والسياسي منذ تأسيسها عام 1982 ؛ وهي:
National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA)
وبوصفها الاسم الرسمي القانوني الوحيد للحركة في جميع الاستخدامات والوثائق والبيانات والمراسلات الرسمية ، وذلك اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدور القرار ودون أي أثر رجعي.
ويؤكد القرار المذكور إلغاء القرار القيادي رقم (1) لسنة 2026 المتعلق باعتماد تسمية :

من حيث اعتماد التسمية فقط ، مع التأكيد على أن جميع الرسائل والبيانات والمراسلات والوثائق التي صدرت سابقًا بتلك التسمية تبقى صحيحة ونافذة قانونيًا وإعلاميًا ، ولا يترتب على هذا الإلغاء أي مساس بمضمونها أو أثرها أو حجيتها.
وتجدد حركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي التزامها الثابت بحق الشعب الأحوازي في تقرير المصير والاستقلال الوطني التام ، ومواصلة نضالها السياسي والقانوني والإعلامي وفق مبادئ القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، حتى إنهاء الاحتلال الإيراني وتحقيق التحرير والاستقلال والسيادة الوطنية.

Re-Adoption of the Historical English Designation
(NLMA)of the National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz
The Leadership of the National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA) announces the issuance of Leadership Decision No. (2) of 2026, dated 31 January 2026, which provides for the re-adoption of the Movement’s historical English designation, as the name that has accompanied the Movement’s national and political struggle since its founding in 1982:
National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA)
This designation is recognized as the sole official and legal name of the Movement for all official uses, documents, statements, and correspondence, effective from the date of issuance of the decision and without any retroactive effect.
The decision also repeals Leadership Decision No. (1) of 2026, which had approved the designation:
Ahwazi National Liberation Movement
strictly in terms of name adoption. The Movement expressly affirms that all statements, correspondence, and documents previously issued under that designation remain fully valid, legal, and effective, without prejudice to their content, effect, or legal standing.
The National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA) reiterates its unwavering commitment to the right of the Ahwazi people to self-determination and full national independence, and to the continuation of its political, legal, and media struggle in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations, until the end of Iranian occupation and the achievement of liberation, independence, and national sovereignty.
