تعلن حركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي دعمها الكامل للقرار الذي اتخذه الاتحاد الأوروبي بتصنيف الحرس الثوري الإيراني منظمة إرهابية ، وهو قرار مهم يعكس موقفًا دوليًا رفيع المستوى تجاه منهج العنف والقمع الذي يمارسه هذا الجهاز داخل ما يسمى بـ إيران وخارجها.
في 29 يناير 2026 ، اتفق وزراء خارجية دول الاتحاد الأوروبي بالإجماع على إدراج الحرس الثوري الإيراني ضمن قائمة المنظمات الإرهابية ، وأعلنوا هذا التصنيف رسميًا عبر مجلس الشؤون الخارجية للاتحاد ، ما يمثّل تطورًا سياسيًا وقانونيًا حاسمًا في مواجهة الإرهاب الممنهج الذي تمارسه قيادة النظام الإيراني ضد الشعوب الغير فارسية المحتلة وقوى المعارضة.
ترى الحركة في هذا القرار خطوة استراتيجية تُدانِي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي ارتكبتها أذرع النظام الإيراني ، لا سيما من خلال دور الحرس الثوري في القمع الدموي للمحتجين والمعارضين ، فضلًا عن مشاركته في دعم جماعات مسلحة وتدخلاته العسكرية في مناطق متعددة في الشرق الأوسط.
وتؤكد الحركة على ما يلي:
- التزامها بمبادئ القانون الدولي وضرورة مساءلة كل من يستخدم قوته لقمع الشعوب وخرق حقوق الإنسان ، وترى في قرار الاتحاد الأوروبي دعماً لهذه المبادئ.
- أن تصنيف الحرس الثوري الايراني كمنظمة إرهابية يعزّز الإطار القانوني لمحاسبته ، ويحدّ من قدرته على التمويل والتنقل والدعم الدولي.
- أنها تدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى تكثيف المواقف المشابهة من أجل تعزيز العقوبات الموجهة ضد الجهات التي تنتهك حقوق الشعوب وتدعم الإرهاب المنظم.
إن حركة التحرير الوطني الأحوازي ترى في هذا القرار الأوروبي تطورًا إيجابيًا في مواجهة الإرهاب الرسمي وتمسكًا بميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومبادئ العدالة الدولية ، وتؤكد دعمها لكل جهد يساهم في إنهاء قمع الشعوب وإرساء السلام والحرية والامن والامان للشعوب المستضعفه في نيل استقلال اوطانها.

Political Statement
Support for the European Union’s Decision to Designate the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps as a Terrorist Organization
The National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA) declares its full support for the decision taken by the European Union to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization. This significant decision reflects a high-level international stance against the systematic violence and repression practiced by this apparatus both inside and outside the so-called Iran.
On 29 January 2026, the Foreign Ministers of the European Union unanimously agreed to include the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps on the EU list of terrorist organizations, officially announcing this designation through the EU Foreign Affairs Council. This represents a decisive political and legal development in confronting the institutionalized terrorism exercised by the leadership of the Iranian regime against the occupied non-Persian peoples and opposition forces.
The Movement considers this decision a strategic step condemning the grave human rights violations committed by the Iranian regime’s security arms, particularly the role of the IRGC in the brutal suppression of protesters and political opponents, as well as its involvement in supporting armed groups and conducting military interventions across several regions of the Middle East.
The Movement hereby affirms the following:
1) Its firm commitment to the principles of international law and the necessity of holding accountable all those who use force to oppress peoples and violate human rights, and it views the European Union’s decision as support for these principles.
2) That designating the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization strengthens the legal framework for accountability and restricts its ability to obtain funding, move freely, and receive international support.
3) Its call upon the international community to intensify similar positions in order to reinforce targeted sanctions against entities that violate the rights of peoples and support organized terrorism.
The National Liberation Movement of Ahwaz (NLMA) views this European decision as a positive development in confronting state-sponsored terrorism and as an affirmation of adherence to the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international justice. The Movement reaffirms its support for all efforts that contribute to ending the oppression of peoples and to establishing peace, freedom, security, and safety for oppressed nations in their pursuit of independence and sovereignty.
